D\u2019une dur\u00e9e de soixante minutes, ce spectacle cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le collectif\nCookson-Lachance s\u2019adresse \u00e0 un public g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Il a pour point de d\u00e9part des roues Cyr. Enti\u00e8res,\nd\u00e9membr\u00e9es, torsad\u00e9es, elles se laissent manipuler, transformer, convertir pour servir tant\u00f4t\nl\u2019abstraction, le jeu, l\u2019\u00e9motion. Dans un univers de toile, de bouts de bois, de m\u00e9tal et de lumi\u00e8res,\nun \u00eatre solitaire parcourt sa nuit \u00e0 la recherche de lui-m\u00eame.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Morceaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un spectacle petit forme de 25 minutes en solo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Comment en est-on arriv\u00e9 l\u00e0? <br>\n\nTout ce qu'il reste... ce sont des morceaux! <br>\n\nAutrefois, ils faisaient partie d\u2019un tout! <br>\n\nMaintenant, ils ressemblent \u00e0 de petites \u00e9paves bonnes pour la ferraille. <br>\n\n\u00c9tal\u00e9s, r\u00e9pandus, \u00e9parpill\u00e9s. <br>\n\n\u00c9tendus sur une toile vierge. <br>\n\nEsp\u00e9rant un nouveau commencement. <br>\n\nFin pr\u00eats \u00e0 esquisser des d\u00e9lires insolites et \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l\u2019inconnu. <br>\n\nIrr\u00e9sistibles fragments de mondes et d\u2019univers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photos and Video to come soon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center\">Cirque ILO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Joaquim Verrier, Joel Malkoff et Bobby Cookson ont vu leur r\u00eave de se produire dans la march\u00e9 artistique \u00e9touff\u00e9 par l'arriv\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie. C'est \u00e0 ce moment, o\u00f9 la distance et l'isolement sont devenus la norme, que ces trois acrobates ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se r\u00e9unir et d'utiliser leurs comp\u00e9tences pour cr\u00e9er quelque chose de concret dans cette ann\u00e9e pleine d'inconnues. C'est ainsi qu'est n\u00e9 le collectif Collectif ILO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center\">En Echo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube aligncenter wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"En Echo, Teaser en cr\u00e9ation\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zML-JqybufQ?start=30&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> En Echo focuses upon the dynamic relationship between sound, music and circus through the use of a loop station and live microphone. The microphone records and the loop station repeats, creating an echo. From this simple concept, we searched for sounds to record and amplify using our disciplines which could be combined to create entire songs. After developing a sound-circus vocabulary, we started to modify, transform and manipulate the sounds in conjunction with prerecorded music to make the audio and visual soundtrack of the show. If the juggler doesn&#8217;t juggle, the acrobat doesn&#8217;t land, or the Cyr wheel doesn&#8217;t turn, then the melody won&#8217;t exist. This phonic laboratory takes place before your eyes and in your ears. This quest for sound resonance is the through-line of the show. Through this musical pursuit, the show takes us to places sometimes comical, and others poetic. What do you think? What do you hear?
